Hampshire catering agency – how we work
We are a professional catering agency, holding a bank of staff with skills and expertise in the catering and hospitality industry. As a temp staff on the books, you’ll tell us about your skills in the catering and hospitality industry, your availability and any preferences you may have.
We work closely with our partners who may need staff at short notice, for a single shift or for a longer period of time. We then call up the right team (you guys) to offer you the job. This can be arranged in good time, but sometimes at short notice – we try and give as much notice as possible. That’s why we ask that you are ready to go at short notice on demand and honest and upfront about your availability.
Once you have accepted a job, we ask that you arrive with professionalism, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. We are available for any queries you have before or during your working hours. You’ll complete your timesheets and send them back to the office. We do our best to work with your lifestyle.
Training and guidance
If you’re new the hospitality and catering industry, we can discuss your current skills, advise on any courses you may need to undertake to progress and offer training some areas of customer service and serving skills.
